The company has over 560 employees and more than 47 years of manufacturing experience. Reliance Gear Corp., a fully owned U.S. subsidiary of Ashot Ashkelon is located at two sites in Addison IL. Plant 1 serves as an additional manufacturing unit for gear manufacturing, while Plant 2 specializes in machining capabilities for Defense and Aerospace products in addition to the full process of assembly and testing. Reliance Gear serves as the regional basis for gear and transmission development for commercial and defense customers.
