Starting from July 2019, Balluun Inc. became an independent US entity, separated from its Swiss-based parent company through a MBO (Management Buy Out) process. The current company retained all IP, product, customers and team, with a clean cap table and financials. The product is fairly matured. We are looking for seed round funding to fuel revenue growth.
