Boricua College

With undergraduate and graduate academics designed particularly for Puerto Rican students, Boricua College is especially unique. Its curriculum combines a variety of learning methods, including: * Cultural Studies * Experiential Studies * Theoretical Studies * Colloquium * Individualized Instruction Modules This multi-faceted, comprehensive approach helps to ensure that all students get what they need. Additionally, because many of its students are employed, Boricua College offers a paid internship as part of the Experiential Studies segment, so students can earn money as they learn. Boricua College participates in state and federal financial aid programs. The school also offers the Boricua College Scholarship, which is based primarily on academic merit. Scholarship preference is given to students who have received insufficient financial aid through the government. Admissions requirements at Boricua College include two letters of recommendation, an application fee, official transcripts and a personal essay. The admissions office also requires four pictures of yourself, as well as official identification and proof of household income.
