Cecil College

While Cecil College in Northeast Maryland offers an enormous number of career and academic programs, students who attend still receive the benefits of a personalized education. Programs at Cecil include fields as specialized as Digital Graphics, Literature, Equine Studies, Pottery and Ceramics, Financial Planning and Video Production. Other more traditional degrees prepare students for careers in Social Work, Fire Science, Nursing and Medical Assisting. Since Cecil has transfer agreements with more than 30 schools within Maryland and beyond, it might be easier than you think. Cecil also has accelerated degree programs and schools for senior citizens and for high school students. While Cecil offers all of these educational opportunities for a range of populations and interests, students at Cecil are not just a number. With small classes, students are given the chance to interact with faculty. Cecil College also has a variety of on-campus cultural activities including a school Theatre Company and Art Gallery. Since Cecil has an open admissions policy, students need only have a high school diploma or GED to attend. Financial aid is available to qualifying students, as are veteran’s benefits.
