Conosco has recently started operations in Brisbane, Australia and now offers true 24x7 services - meaning not only that calls can be taken around the clock, but problems are being worked on through the customer's night. Conosco has adapted enterprise-class technologies and techniques for the smaller-company market. To do this it has had to develop its own software and systems integrations.
