The Groupement Carte Bancaire, created in 1984, is responsible for organising the CB interbank system by means of three fundamental tasks: managing interbank cooperation, guaranteeing the security of the CB interbank system and organising the authorisation and clearing of transactions between its members. Rentabiliweb has thus become the first Payment Institution specialised in the acquisition of online transactions to join the interbank trade association.
