Eyefinity’s offerings include Eyefinity Practice Management: a set of cloud-based and on-site software components to power and manage the workflow of patient care; Eyefinity EHR – a solution that enables eyecare professionals to seamlessly complete documentation in real time; Eyefinity Business Solutions: a collection of online tools essential for optimizing the daily operations within a practice; Eyefinity Training and Education: a set of web-based trainings, online prerecorded training videos, and onsite trainings that train, educate, and motivate users to use the technology and services that are being offered by Eyefinity; and Eyefinity Professional Services: programs and services designed to deliver consultative service and value-added benefits to customers doing business with Eyefinity. In addition, it also offers regional training conferences held in conjunction with major eyecare shows and an annual Virtual Users’ Group Meeting. The company’s OfficeMate suite consists of OfficeMate: a solution that helps professionals maintain and manage patient demographics, recalls, inventory information, appointment schedules, billing information, and financial reports; ReportWRITERL: a solution that creates patient and professional communications; and ExamWRITER: a solution that helps professionals create and maintain comprehensive electronic medical records (EMRs). Its eBusiness Solutions include eBuy and eBuy Express, eClaim, eLab, eWeb Extra, ReorderContacts.com, and eyeVantage. OfficeMate practice management software is used by over 7,000 optometric and ophthalmic offices, and over 25,000 offices use Eyefinity products in various aspects of their businesses.
