Founded in Lausanne, it is now divided into two main activities. The first activity is know under the brand ''Consultation Juridique du Valentine”. Consultation Juridique du Valentin provides legal advisory on issues related to foreign nationals in Switzerland. It deals with applications relating to the status of residency in Switzerland and consult in other related fields (taxation of foreigners; acquisition of real estate; matrimonial, inheritance and tax issues). The second activity of the law firm FERZ SA is represented by a branch specializing in legal and fiduciary services to companies and corporations active in the financial and trading fields. Neither Pavel Vasilevski nor the employees of FERZ SA are attorneys or are licenced attorneys. Therefore they do not have competence, nor licence to represent parties before the judicial, civil and criminal authorities.
