Fidelis Care

Fidelis Care works to be part of the social fabric of local communities, impacting people’s lives with access to quality, affordable health coverage in all 62 counties. Today, more than 2 million members across New York are covered by Fidelis Care, which has a statewide network of more than 80,000 providers. Fidelis Care provides coverage through Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, Medicaid, Health and Recovery Plan, Qualified Health Plans, Managed Long Term Care, Medicare and Dual Advantage, and Medicaid Advantage Plus. Fidelis Care received a full, three-year Health Plan Accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for Medicaid (HMO), Marketplace (HMO), and Medicare (HMO/POS combined) products in April 2018.
