Global Talent Track (GTT) is a path breaking global educational initiative and corporate training solutions company, set up by some of the best minds from the industry, academia and technology domains. Funded by Intel Capital and Helion Ventures. The company was set up in 2008, with a vision to make more than 4,50,000 youth of the country employable by the end of 5 years. GTT has partnered with CISCO and the leading Universities, Institutions and Government bodies in India to provide ‘quality with scale’, through programs delivered using innovative technologies and compelling content The company was recently featured among ''India's Coolest Start-ups'' in a cover story published by 'Business Today.' GTT also works closely with universities and industry to design career oriented learning content, provide the technology platform appropriate to host the content and manage the entire learning delivery process. In this segment ‘Talent Valley Project’, deserves special mention, an initiative undertaken by GTT to train 5000 students of the University of Kashmir in 5 years, 300 students were presently undergoing training this year while 28 of them have already been placed. Names like Mphasis, Cognizant, Zensar, Accenture and WNS participated in the process and came through with the best offers. Founded in 2008 by Dr. Uma Ganesh a veteran of the Education industry and with luminaries like Dr. Ganesh Natarajan of Zensar, Mr Kiran Karnik of NASSCOM and Prof Bob Eccles of Harvard Business School on its advisory board, GTT will use Intel Capital funds to start rolling out vocational education services in India and abroad.
