Grossmont College

Grossmont College is a community college in El Cajon, California. The school offers a large number of academic options, as well as comprehensive student services. Grossmont awards both associate’s degrees and vocational certificates. College life activities include a campus radio station, a student theatre company and a number of student clubs and organizations. Grossmont College awards financial aid through a range of sources. These include grants, work-study, loans and scholarships. Financial aid recipients may use their aid awards to cover tuition costs, as well as other school fees. Both full-time and part-time students may receive aid, as long as they meet eligibility requirements. Eligibility requirements include financial need and student loan history. Financial aid applicants must submit a FAFSA. Admissions applications are available online. Anyone applying to a degree program must also submit transcripts and take an English and math assessment.
