Hebrew Theological College

Hebrew Theological College in Skokie, Illinois, is for members of the Orthodox Jewish community who wish to pursue advanced Torah studies or obtain an academic or professional degree. Hebrew Theological offers programs in Torah Studies to lay people as well as to future rabbis. The school is also home to the Blitstein Institute for Women, which awards Orthodox women academic and professional degrees. Majors available at Blitstein include: * Accounting * Computer and Information Sciences * Education * Psychology Blitstein also offers pre-professional options for women who wish to transfer into advanced professional programs in fields like: * Occupational Therapy * Physical Therapy * Speech-Language Pathology Applicants must submit transcripts, ACT or SAT scores, and two recommendation letters. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is generally required for admissions. Hebrew Theological participates in federal financial aid programs, awarding grants and loans according to financial need.
