Hppy creates tools and programs that help individuals and organizations worldwide increase workplace happiness. Hppy is an internet startup, started in 2013 with an international team, located across United States, Latin America and Europe. The main concept of Hppy revolves around a three step process to ensure that happiness is measured and improved. Through mobile apps (iOS, Windows 8 and Android), employees have the option to record their mood / emotional state and send managers feedback anonymously. Thus, managers have access to very specific data and feedback from their teams, broken down by departments or just at the company level, which helps drive change management initiatives, employee engagement strategies and allows them to be proactive on issues that negatively impact the workplace. Alongside building software across multiple platforms for tracking, measuring and improving employee happiness, the Hppy team works with other recognized HR & positive psychology experts to find new ways of improving workplace happiness levels.
