Hyundai Motor America

Hyundai Motor America is a subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Corporation that distributes Hyundai vehicles throughout the United States. The company’s vehicles are being sold and serviced through more than 800 dealerships nationwide. It provides around 5,000 jobs for American automotive workers. Designed in California, engineered in Michigan, and manufactured in Alabama, more than half the vehicles Hyundai Motor America sells domestically are made in the United States. It was founded in 1986 and is based in Fountain Valley, California.
