INVEL(Innovations in electric power industry) works towards the development and introduction of advanced technologies and solutions, promoting efficient funding of research and experiments in the power industry. In close cooperation with the Russian Ministry of Energy and with the support of key players in the energy market, the Partnership initiates strategic energy projects. Today, INVEL is putting together a set of updated energy-related standards and tutorials aimed to establish a clear, reasonable and efficient mechanism of regulating legislation for the industry. INVEL is making extensive efforts to assemble and manage an Electric Power Standards Database – a sophisticated system of corporate and branch standards and tutorials. Being a pro-active supporter and partisan of Smart Grid-oriented development of the Russian power sector, INVEL monitors the global standards market. In doing so, INVEL actively collaborates with global institutions, such as IEC, ISO, CEN, EPoSS, SGIP. INVEL is and active organizer and sponsor of specialized domestic and international exhibitions and conferences. Moscow’s ‘Electrification’ Exhibition Hall - an INVEL subsidiary – welcomes IPNES, ENES, SAPE, and other notable annual events.
