Should we sacrifice application availability for cloud cost savings? Should we pay for servers though no one using any applications running on those servers, just to support on-demand application availability? specially non production environments. Companies moving to cloud to get advantage of cost savings while keeping the application agility, so the question should NEVER be availability vs cost savings.
