Iowa Western Community College, one of the fastest-growing community colleges in the region, has the latest in facilities and technology to create the optimum learning experience. Located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Iowa Western offers more than 80 programs including vocational and technical fields as well as subjects in the liberal arts. Iowa Western also houses a well-known flight school for people pursuing aircraft professions. The laboratories at IWCC offer the latest in technology. The nursing program, for example, has simulated patients to give students an optimum, hands-on learning experience. Course delivery is also technologically refined.
