Louisiana State University In Shreveport

Known for its wide range of academics and modern facilities, Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS) has also quickly become known for its focus on technology and keeping classrooms as cutting edge as possible. With around 40 undergraduate programs and nearly a dozen master degree programs, students at LSUS can choose from a variety of programs and fields of study offered on campus. LSUS comprises the College of Arts and Sciences and College of Business, Education and Human Development. Within these colleges, students can pursue an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in different areas of study that include Accounting, Biological Sciences, Geography and Mass Communication. College life is an important aspect of learning at LSUS. With a bevy of clubs and organizations to choose from, students can partake in various social, athletic and academic activities by joining on-campus clubs and/or organizations. Other services offered at LSUS include career services, information technology services, a student development and counseling center, library and student bookstore.
