Moon Capital Management LP (''Moon Capital'') is an independent global investment management firm founded in April 2005, with origins dating from April 1997. The firm is headquartered in New York with a research and trading office in Singapore. Additionally, an affiliate of the firm is the majority owner of A/T Capital Management Ltd., an investment management business in Dubai focused on investment in the GCC [1]. Moon Capital’s flagship strategy focuses on global equity long/short investment with a focus on emerging markets. Moon Capital’s objective is to generate superior absolute investment returns throughout market cycles, with relatively low volatility and a low correlation to equity market indices. Moon Capital seeks a low net exposure to markets and sectors, both individually and in aggregate, and aims to produce alpha from a diversified portfolio of individual stocks.
