Neighbors Home Care

Neighbors Home Care provides paraprofessional services to certified home health agencies, long-term home health programs, managed Medicaid programs, and hospice programs through contractual agreements. They provide personal care workers or home health aides to residents of all ages and needs. Paraprofessionals can assist with personal hygiene, reminders to take the medication, planning and preparing meals, toileting, accompanying you on specific errands, and light housekeeping duties such as making the bed, tidying the patient's living areas, and laundry. Services can be long or short-term.
