Olivia Business Centre

Olivia Business Centre in Gdansk is, after Warsaw, the biggest business and office centre of such a high quality in Poland. The investment is located in the city centre, by Grunwaldzka alley, which is the main communicational road connecting the whole Tricity. Maciej Grabski is the Investor of Olivia Business Centre. Olivia Business Centre is more than just office buildings. It is also a place where Pomerania's economic life is concentrated. An important element of the centre's strategy is a development of business relations. For this purpose, Olivia Sky Club, which is situated on the 12th floor of the Olivia Tower building, was opened. Thematic conferences and meetings with world-renowned experts are periodically organised at Sky Club. In 2013, the Olivia Synergy project has been launched. Its goals are: the integration of Olivia Business Centre's employees, the organisation of cultural and sports events (Olivia Sports) as well as cooperation with institutions of higher education (Olivia Campus) and charity organisations. Olivia Campus is a unique programme in Poland, which was originated to help the students of Gdansk institutions of higher education begin their careers after they finish their education. The buildings of Olivia Business Centre were designed in such a way as to provide maximal flexibility of shaping internal office space and maximal development ability for the tenants. Most of the buildings are connected to each other, which enables a gradual enlargement of rented space without troublesome and costly relocations. On the ground floors one may find service spaces – shops, restaurants, banks. Parking places are also available – under all the buildings there is a two-level underground parking lot.
