The Saint Paul Foundation is the sponsor of PUC-SP. The Metropolitan Archbishop of São Paulo is the president of the Foundation and Grand Chancellor of the University. This is headed by a Dean, with the support of two Superior Councils (University Council, CONSUN, and Board of Directors, Consad) and five Pro-Rectors (Graduate, Graduate, Continuing Education, Culture and Community Relations; and Planning, Development and Management. The PUC-SP has 9 faculties, 47 departments, 47 undergraduate and 31 graduate programs (28 academic master's degrees, 4 Professional and 21 PhDs Masters). At the level of improvement, specialization and extension at PUC-SP offers about 330 courses. Currently the University has six campuses (Monte Alegre, Paranaguá Marquis de Santana, Ipiranga, Barueri and Sorocaba) and two units (COGEAE-Consolation and Derdic).
