The National Radiocommunication Company SA was established by the Government Decision no. 372/1998, as a result of the reorganization of the Autonomous Radiocommunications Office. According to the Articles of Incorporation, the National Radiocommunication Company SA is a joint stock company operating on the basis of economic management and financial autonomy, having the status of a public interest company. The National Radiocommunication Company has four branches called Radiocommunications Directions: Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Timisoara (without legal personality) and 615 work points. With a history of ninety years, the National Radiocommunications Company SA is still a leader in broadcasting (broadcast and terrestrial broadcasting of radio and TV programs) and, at the same time, a major provider of electronic communications networks and services in Romania. The Romanian Radiocommunications Company operates on the market under the RADIOCOM commercial name and is a 100% Romanian brand. Starting from the two fields of activity in electronic communications - broadcasting and data transmissions - RADIOCOM has evolved continuously, proving maturity, innovation and, above all, professionalism in its continuous development. RADIOCOMis undergoing a major transformation period. Featuring a highly complex infrastructure, it has embarked on an extensive modernization project to increase the competitiveness and diversification of the electronic communications services offered. Guided by their strengths - experience and infrastructure - they adapt to market trends and develop new services based on new technologies to bring success to both us and their customers. Due to its own owned infrastructure, RADIOCOM can provide services in less accessible areas to other transmission environments where other operators do not have technical solutions.
