Sisp Swedish Incubators & Science Parks

Swedish Incubators & Science Parks (SISP) is Sweden´s national association for business incubators and science parks. SISP is a non-profit association with national coverage, its 65 members (organizing 43 business incubators and 33 science parks) having 5000 companies with more than 70 000 employees. Focus is to stimulate growth in knowledge-based companies. SISP‘s members operate more than 70 creative environments, offer business development, work with clusters, industrial project development arenas, seed capital funds, accelerators and more - effective collaboration with industry, public sector, universities and institutes. SISP support and facilitate cooperation and development among its members, partly through national development projects. With SISPs national perspective of the innovation system it also keeps a development dialouge with policy makers and working for the best possible conditions for the industry and foremost for innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs and companies – in order to foster innovation and growth. Moreover, SISP is running two projects on behalf of VINNOVA (the Sweden's Innovation Agency) and Tillväxtverket (Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth):
