Founded under the business title of Tagsoft A.Ş on February 1, 2006. It has continued its commercial activities with its title changed to SoftTech A.Ş. from February 28, 2008 on. SoftTech Ankara Branch was set up at Hacettepe Teknokent on February 5, 2008.
