With no marketing budget, Solarbuddy was able to attract regional customers throughout the state of California and generate $94,000 in revenue. This was attributed to Solarbuddy's direct outreach to individual solar companies and a reliance on an aggressive telemarketing campaign to attract consumers. Today, Solarbuddy looks to own the consumer space for solar in the U.S..
