As people continue to look outside of traditional medicine for healing and treatment, alternative medicine becomes increasingly popular. South Baylo University features academics devoted exclusively to the study of alternative medicine, with a particular emphasis on acupuncture and Eastern medicine. Primarily a graduate school, South Baylo University currently offers the following programs: * Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine * Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine * Certificate of Acupressure Tuina Massage South Baylo University welcomes diversity. All of its programs are taught in Chinese, English or Korean, so language doesn’t have to be a barrier in the way of your education. Admissions requirements at South Baylo University depend on the program you choose. Applicants to the master’s program should have at least 90 baccalaureate credits, while doctoral program applicants must have a master’s degree in acupuncture. As a nondegree program, the Acupressure Tuina Massage has minimal admissions requirements, including a high school diploma or GED. Additional standards may apply, so be sure to contact the school to determine your eligibility. Federal financial aid is available at South Baylo University. Federal grants and loans require the FAFSA for consideration. However, the school maintains two financial aid officers to help you through the application process.
