Spokane Falls Community College

Though most of its students will eventually transfer to four-year colleges, Spokane Falls Community College is much more than just a transfer school. Its academics serve a variety of needs, from continuing education to vocational training programs. Nearly 25 pre-transfer programs are available at Spokane Falls, as well as more than 20 career/technical programs. Students interested in transferring can meet with admissions advisors from Eastern Washington University, Washington State University, Gonzaga University and Whitworth University. The college also offers support for high school students. The Running Start program is a great way to see what college classes are like while earning credit. A variety of financial aid opportunities are available at SFCC. The school participates in federal grant and loan programs, and offers several scholarships through the Community Colleges of Spokane (CCS) Foundation. To apply for these scholarships, simply fill out the CCS application on SFCC’s website. As a community college, SFCC has an open admissions policy. If you would like to attend classes at SFCC, fill out the online application form and mail the $25 application fee. Students who have already taken classes at SFCC need not pay the fee.
