Its areas of expertise lie in homebuilding and multifamily development, as well as construction and management both for itself and its clients. Founded in 1988, Bozzuto has developed, acquired and built more than 42,000 homes and apartments and currently manages more than 70,000 apartments and approximately two million square feet of retail space along the East Coast between South Florida and Boston, in the Northeast and in Chicago.
