The origins of the Trios Group can be traced back to a family owned business formed in 1919 in the Midlands. The group has since developed into a multi-service, national provider of property and facilities solutions, formed by the amalgamation of three established specialist service companies, each offering technical expertise in their respective fields. This amalgamation has enabled us to offer both the depth of experience and the breadth of skills required to satisfy our clients’ demands in a rapidly evolving property marketplace, and we currently deliver a variety of specialist services to over 15,000 commercial properties across the UK; all easily accessible from a single source. Since our management buyout in 2005, turnover has increased year on year in a challenging economic environment, with all profit reinvested in developing market-leading solutions with supporting software, staff training and logistical planning tools. Today the Group remains privately owned and securely funded – with our senior management team retaining a personal interest in the progression and success of the business.
