United Equity provides an equity based crowdfunding marketplace focusing on German small and medium enterprises. Everyone can start investing directly into German SME with a minimum investment sum of 100 EUR. For enterprise valuation a crowdsourcing approach is taken to find a fair value of the firms using the wisdom of the crowds. When the crowd-rating is good enough and the suggested firm value is attractive enough for the entrepreneur he can immediately start the equity crowd-funding process through the platform.
