The National University of General Sarmiento (UNGS), created in 1993, adopted as a principle the link between training, critical research on problems affecting society and the search for alternatives to overcome them. It is proposed to contribute to the democratization of education and access to knowledge by all sectors of society, and works in the pursuit of academic excellence.
