Our Lady of Holy Cross College, located on 16 acres on the west bank of the Mississippi River in New Orleans, is a four-year, private liberal arts college with academics for undergraduate and graduate students. College life at OLHCC is rooted in the nurturing of students; as current students will be future teachers and leaders, the Sisters of this school give students individual attention to ensure that they reach their full potential. Additionally, this school offers clubs and organizations ranging from public service projects and recreational sports to media and professional development. Admissions for OLHCC depend on an individual’s completion of a secondary school program, possession of a high school diploma or GED, GPA of at least 2.5 and an ACT composite score of 20 or higher. When submitting an application, individuals need to also submit their official transcripts, a processing fee, their ACT scores and their immunization records. Financial aid is available for those who qualify. In addition to federal and state grants and loans, this school offers two full-tuition scholarships awarded to graduating high school seniors, and a variety of partial-tuition scholarships available for undergraduate and graduate students. The cost of tuition varies depending on the program of study, and whether the program is considered undergraduate or graduate level. While there is not a difference in tuition fees based on state residency, international students are required to pay an additional fee.
