Vertex Aerospace LLC was formed by Veritas through the acquisition and combination of Raytheon Aerospace and Flight International, Inc. Vertex is a leading provider of aviation-related support services, principally to the U.S. military and various U.S. Government agencies. The Company's main lines of business are aircraft maintenance, parts repair & overhaul, logistics support, inventory management and advanced flight training. To support its business activities, Vertex operated FAA and JAA-certified repair stations that overhauled and repaired both avionics and airframe components.
