A historically black university (HBCU), Virginia University of Lynchburg (VUL) provides a Christian education that’s rooted in the liberal arts. Due to this combined academic and religious focus, student life at VUL is both spiritually and intellectually enriching. Virginia University of Lynchburg administers its academics through the following schools: * School of Arts and Sciences * School of Management * School of Religion Associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees are available, as well as certificate programs. Additionally, VUL recently launched a distance learning program, which offers more than a half-dozen programs that can be completed online. Federal financial aid is available at Virginia University of Lynchburg. Pell grants, work-study and student loans can help with the cost of tuition.
