Wentworth Military Academy And College

Wentworth Military Academy and College in Lexington, Missouri, is one of the oldest military schools in the country. In addition to its ROTC programs, Wentworth offers two-year degrees for non-military students. Wentworth houses two distinctive schools. One is the military academy, which is a school for high school students who are cadets in training. The other school is Wentworth College. Anyone may attend Wentworth College, which is a standard two-year school. Wentworth College students may obtain their associate’s degree in liberal arts, the sciences or paralegal studies. Both the military academy and the college boast a small and tight-knit student body. Classes are small and students receive extensive one-on-one attention. Admissions requirements differ depending on the school and program to which one is applying. For admissions to Wentworth College, applicants need only submit an application and proof of a high school diploma or GED.
