Zorgresidentie Zonneburg was established in 1994 as a semi-private residential care organization with five branches. They provide an integrated package of housing, care, and services in a luxurious living environment designed to make residents feel at home. Each of their services is tailored to your specific needs and they pay close attention to your individual wishes. You can, for example, receive visitors at any time, go for a walk independently (or with assistance), and decide for yourself when you want to eat and whether you eat in the common room or your apartment. Caring professionals provide care, who are divided into five permanent care teams per location and led by their experienced location heads. The care teams are made up of nurses, nurses-IG, helpers, care assistants, and interns. Additionally, they have their own SOG (Specialist Elderly Medicine) doctor who, together with you, your family, the location manager, and your regular doctor, drafts, monitors, and adjusts your care plan as necessary.
